ARCHITECTURE SERVICES
KPD design and draw plans for any type of building, residential and commercial. This ranges from extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions and more. All drawings are shown in 2D as standard as technical drawings so they can be used for building regulations and for a builder to work to.

LAND AND DEVELOPMENT
We have many connections with investors, land sellers and construction which allows KPD to source land for our clients, arrange the planning permission and drawings and project manage any build on land. We also act on behalf of land owners wishing to increase the value of their land, obtaining planning permission to sell for a better price.
